Costs & number of sessions: A 50-minute counselling session can cost from €30 to €60. The costs and the number of sessions that will be discussed during the first video conference are determined based on the client’s goals and objectives and the essential health knowledge.
Scheduling the appointment: Time selection must be made as soon as possible or no later than within 24 hours of the proposed time(s) being sent.
Booking the appointment: To book an appointment, payment for each session must be made immediately after agreement on the time of the meeting or no later than 24 hours after the agreement on the time of the meeting and the counsellor should be notified.
Cancellation or rescheduling of a booked appointment time by the client must be done ASAP (as soon as possible) and no later than 24 hours before the start of a booked session. A session canceled thereafter will be charged at full price of a 50-minute session.
Confidentiality: Please remember that communications and all conversations between the client and the counsellor must be kept confidential. Recording of conversations is only permitted with the consent of both parties (the client and the counsellor).
The decision to follow the recommendations will be up to the client. Please note that you as a client are personally responsible for ensuring that you correctly understand the given instructions as intended by the counsellor, and you will be responsible for your thoughts and actions following your participation in the sessions.
Since the program and recommendations are individually tailored to the needs, conditions, and individual resources of each client, you as a client must not generalize about these instructions or recommend them to other clients or other people. The responsibility for any possible consequences, risks, or damages resulting from this action directly is with the client who gives the instructions to another client or person.
If your issue is assessed to be outside the scope of the HHCC sessions, if possible and with your personal consent, you may be referred to another credentialed professional to address your subject.
Prior to requesting your online HHCC session, please ensure a suitable workspace and a stable Internet connection. This is not limited to but includes correctly installed digital devices (headset, microphone and camera), a stable Internet connection that can support a video call as well as a quiet space. The counsellor reserves the right to terminate a session if a booked session could not be connected, run at low quality or the communication does not take place properly due to poor Internet connection or other technical problems from a client.24
