Our main focus at CHEE is on three key concepts: Collaboration, Health Education, and Empowerment (CHEE) which we believe are essential and fundamental components for promoting the health and wellbeing of individuals and communities.
Through an integrative approach to health, utilizing a wide range of scientific methods and effective evidence-based practices, and fostering functional multi- and interdisciplinary collaborations among skilled and reliable health professionals, we aim to provide credible, individualized health-promoting services and health education to guide and support people to empowering them to holistically improve and maintain their health and mental and emotional wellbeing.
We place great importance on integrity and human dignity, and we are committed to supporting equity in all our efforts. We believe we can make a meaningful impact on promoting health and wellbeing of people by adopting an integrative approach to health, focusing on capacity building, empowering individuals to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential, and enhancing essential life skills, rather than letting them being hindered by barriers, deficiencies, or limitations.

Linda is a Health Promotion Specialist, a Health developer and a Mental Wellbeing Counsellor. She holds a Master of Medical Science (MMedSc) degree in Public Health with a main focus on health promotion and mental wellbeing and non-communicable disease (NCD) prevention. She received her credentials from Uppsala University which is one of the most renowned universities in Sweden and Europe. Read Linda’s thesis here.
Linda’s approach is integrative, based on the Biopsychosocial Model (BPS) of health which takes into account various aspects of health such as biological, psychological, and socio-environmental factors influencing health and wellbeing. Her work approach is based on an integrated view of health and the latest evidence-based science and research.
Linda’s broad knowledge, experience and interdisciplinary expertise within a broad spectrum of several disciplines/fields related to health such as strategic planning for health promotion and disease prevention, implementation of health-promoting initiatives and interventions, mental health promotion, promoting the health of children and adolescents, health psychology, behavioural medicine, Behavior-related illnesses and healthy lifestyle amongst others, along with her enormous enthusiasm and commitment to helping people, make her a successful health developer and health and mental wellbeing counsellor.
