Holistic Health Coaching and Counselling [HHCC]

HHCC is a personalised online health coaching and counselling approach, based on a holistic view of health and wellbeing, to guide and empower individuals to move forward towards their goals related to improving their health and wellbeing. Despite many conventional health approaches, HHCC targets to improve various influential factors and addresses multidimensional aspects of health and wellbeing such as physical, mental, emotional and social aspects.

My name is Linda and I am a health promotion specialist and health and mental wellbeing developer and counsellor with great interdisciplinary expertise to promote health and wellbeing. About the the HHCC sessions

HHCC offers a feasible and practical health promotion guide using science and evidence-based instructions and individually tailored implementable plans, designed according to each individual’s situation, needs, personal and environmental resources.

◇ Through comfortable conversations and in a supportive and non-judgmental atmosphere of trust, you will get encouraged to talk about your emotions, feelings and thoughts and be guided to get a better understanding of yourself, your strengths and your needs.

◇ You can learn essential knowledge or improve your knowledge about factors influencing your physical, social, mental and emotional wellbeing, and learn how to improve your health and wellbeing as holistically as possible, with small and simple steps and in a sustainable way. 

◇ You can acquire some key insights and learn and master practical techniques to regulate your emotions, cope with stress, handle difficulties and find the best resolutions according to your personality, needs, individual, social and environmental resources and live a life you feel better about.

The main areas of focus include, but are not limited to, personal growth and improvement of key relationships and a balanced and healthier lifestyle.

Through a 30 to 45 minutes primary online video call (via e.g. Google Meet, Skype, WhatsApp, Zoom, FaceTime, Telegram, etc.), you and I will talk about your situation, needs and health goals, as well as the best possible and most appropriate service or plan for you to improve your health and wellbeing.
